Terms and Conditions for the Bettys Customer Satisfaction Survey Prize Draw.

1. Prize Draw is open to all customers with UK residence completing a Bettys Customer Satisfaction Survey for selected Bettys Café Tea Rooms. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry.
3. The prize consists of one Bettys Classics Selection (worth £50), drawn every month during the promotional period. This Gift Box includes: Bettys Tea Room Blend 80 Tea Bags, Café Blend Coffee, Yorkshire Shortbread Box, Yorkshire Gingerbread, Yorkshire Fruit Cake Portion and Florentines. Contents may vary subject to availability. The winner will be asked to supply their address for delivery of the prize. Prize will be delivered by standard UK delivery only.
4. Opening and closing dates of the prize draw are the 1st of each month to midnight on the last day of each month inclusive.
5. There is no cash alternative for this prize. The prize is not transferrable to any event or other offer.
6. Only one entry per person per month. No third party entries will be accepted.
7. One winner will be selected at random and will be notified within 28 days of the end of each month during the promotional period.
8. Details of the competition winners can be obtained from the promoter.
9. We promise to look after your personal information, treat your details with respect and will not pass on your details to third parties.
10. The promoter reserves the right to use winner details in post promotion publicity.
11. The name of the winner will be available on request by sending a SAE to the Promoter.
